Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer shipping to any other countries or regions at this time.
Shipping Costs
Orders with a total value of £39.99 GBP or above (including £39.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total value below £39.99 GBP will be charged a flat shipping fee of £7.00 GBP.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, and no hidden fees will be charged before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Europe/London, GMT/BST) on a business day will be considered received on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Europe/London, GMT/BST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
This delivery timeframe is an estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes.
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, there are no additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden charges.
Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
