1. Where do you ship to?

Zavivella (hereinafter referred to as “we”) currently ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer delivery outside the UK at this time.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions.

3. How do I request a return or exchange?

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date you receive your order. Please use the return label included in your parcel and contact our customer support team in advance for assistance.
