Order Cancellation Policy

 

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through Zavivella (hereinafter referred to as “we”) via our online store.

Orders Eligible for Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped and no more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible within 48 hours of placing the order.

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

More than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed;
The order has already been processed for shipment or handed over to the shipping carrier;

Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, even if the item has not yet been delivered.

If the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.

For eligible and successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be issued within a reasonable time after cancellation confirmation and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
