Return and Exchange Policy

 

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all orders purchased through Zavivella (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and delivered within the United Kingdom.

Return and Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date you receive your order.

Requests submitted after 40 days will not be accepted unless the item is defective or otherwise required by UK consumer law.

Return Conditions

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with original tags attached where applicable.
The item must be returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
The return must be made using the return label provided by us.

If an item shows signs of use, damage, or any condition that affects resale, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund where appropriate.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact us via our customer service email, stating the reason for return and providing your order information.
Step 2: Use the return label included in your parcel to send the item back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the return status.
Step 4: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Please keep the return label included in your parcel safe, as it is intended for use with the corresponding order only.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or style), please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact us via our customer service email with your exchange request and order details.
Step 2: Return the original item using the return label included in your parcel.
Step 3: Once we receive and confirm the returned item, we will create a new exchange order for you.
Step 4: The exchanged item will be subject to a new order processing time of 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery of exchanged items will follow our Shipping Policy.

Return Label Information

A return label is pre-included in your parcel for use in the event of a return or exchange.

Please note the following:

The return label must be used when returning or exchanging an item.
If the return label is lost, please contact us for assistance before sending the item back.
Returns sent without using the designated return label may result in processing delays.

Return and Exchange Costs

All eligible returns and exchanges under this policy will have their return shipping costs covered by us.
